The story

Who is Timothy?

Honest answer: he's the founder, and he would want that in the first sentence. Timothy is 30, brews every batch himself (he says), and started this company in 2019 because, in his words, "the world deserved a beer as dependable as I am." He signs off on every label, every tap handle, and every word on this website, including these. Especially these.

You'll know him when you see him: firm handshake, great posture, and a hairline he describes as "distinguished" and everyone else describes as "in retreat." He'll be the one telling you about the beer you're already drinking.

So far

A short history of Timothy

2019

The garage era

Timothy, then 23, brews his first batch on a 1-barrel system and describes it as 'honestly better than most commercial beer.' It was not. But he kept going, which is the part he asks us to emphasize.

2021

The Dollhouse deal

We signed a lease on the old Dollhouse space on Sheridan Ave. Timothy says he chose it for the bones. The mirrors stayed. The mood lighting stayed. The long table is new, though it took some convincing to build a table instead of a stage.

2023

Hardware

Dark Timothy took gold at the Oklahoma Craft Beer Awards. Timothy accepted the medal personally, gave a nine-minute speech, and hung it at eye level. His eye level.

2026

More tanks, same Timothy

We doubled the brewhouse. Timothy had the new tanks polished to a mirror finish, for quality-control reasons he says, and checks on them several times a day.

The building

Life after the Dollhouse

Before it poured lagers, 311 E Sheridan Ave was the Dollhouse — a Bricktown institution of a very different kind. We kept what worked: the mirrors, the moody lighting, and a sound system that is frankly overqualified for trivia night. If you find glitter in an unexpected corner, that's not us. That's heritage.
