TIMOTHY

A beer named Timothy. Brewed by people, named after one. Cold, honest, and reasonably priced.

The taproom
Come sit with Timothy
Sixteen taps, one long table, and a strict no-pretension policy. Dogs welcome, kids welcome, food trucks most nights. It's the kind of place where the bartender remembers your name, mostly because it's probably not Timothy.

Brewed on principle
Three things Timothy believes
Beer should taste like beer
Every drop is brewed in-house, in small batches, from real ingredients. No shortcuts, no syrups, no beers that are secretly milkshakes.
Local isn't a buzzword
Oklahoma grain when we can get it, Oklahoma barrels when we can find them, and Oklahoma food trucks parked outside every weekend.
Everyone knows a Timothy
Beer is for gathering. The taproom is family-friendly, dog-friendly, and stranger-friendly. Bring someone. Become someone's someone.

Letters from Timothy, once a month.
New releases, taproom events, and the occasional strong opinion about glassware. No spam. Timothy hates spam.
